Sometimes is good to bond with other sports people, sometimes is just fun to train together

But not everyone will get the same results.

So what to do?

We assess your body metrics and your goals first and then we build a program that fits your needs.

Do you play a sport that is not tennis or you don’t play any at all?

No worries we’ll create a program specific for you.

Profiling

We make a first assessment to establish what makes you spacial and we write all down

Intensity

We find the right balance between high and low intensity training to speed-up the learning process

Multienvironment

We structure our trainings in different environments to foster muscles adaptabiltiy.

Customization

The programs are tailored to fit your body profile and your goals.

Science-Based

We prioritize science over random instructions.

Follow-up & Monitoring

We keep track of your progress and both on-site and remote with periodic assessments 

We believe in teaching through the practice of 

General and special coordinative abilities, such as, rhythm, balance, differentiation, reaction, anticipation.

Locomotor skills, such as running, jumping, sliding, catching, throwing, forehand & backhand striking.

Conditional abilities, such as power, speed, strength.

Perpetual Improvement over time.

Fitness Program

Hours: 1,5h sessions - At Least twice a week Monday to Friday

Ratio:  1:2 Max

Focus: Physical Abilities

Ideal for: Improving the overall fitness condition / coordinative abilities or performance in high-performance players
